The Renters

A college girl finds an ad for an apartment on the bulletin board at school. A very old Victorian house filled with small apartments seems the perfect place to spend her senior year of college. Soon after moving in, she meets the strange grounds keeper, who is the son of the landlord, a sweet elderly woman who lives in the bottom apartment.
Next the strange noises begin in the walls. Tenants seem to move out often or even just disappear. A stranger's eye can be seen through holes in the walls. Then her best friend finds a web site where she is the star and her apartment is the location.

A terrifying story starts to unfold as the history of the house and the owners are exposed.
