There is a legend, of one who travels in a sub-like craft, throughout the oceans, rivers and underwater caverns of the world. He protects the rights of the earth and it's inhabitants who have no rights. His name is Remee Aquarius, one of the remaining two Atlantians on the earth.
His home is the sunken Atlantis, that sits at the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle. From there, he runs an empire built at the beginning of time, with locations worldwide.
With the discovery of four Atlantian Statues, Aquarius has the chance to rescue four crystals that power Atlantis and return to his home planet.
He recovers three crystals and embarks on a quest to get the fourth one back, which is in the possession of a secret government branch that has built an aircraft from the technology and plans a cue strike on the middle east.
Aquarius is also alerted to Treason, the other remaining Atlantian. Set on world domination since his arrival, he has battled Aquarius through the ages. Thought to have been killed in the early eighties, he has survived and continued running his own secret empire and now wants the crystals to take over the world and Atlantis.
Aquarius stops the threat of a world war and recovers the fourth crystal. After powering the Atlantis and raising it to the surface, he initiates a twenty-four hour countdown to leave the earth. This is when the government locks on to his identity and starts their assault.
Making a trip under the U.S., Aquarius destroys Treason's new base in California and heads back to Atlantis for his journey home. Here the three groups have a confrontation in the middle of the ocean. Treason is destroyed and the government forces are immobilized. Atlantis lifts off broadcasting the event and the truth about the government's plans and the human existence.
