1-31-12 Scheduling
I'm really finding a problem with my job scheduling nowadays. I have a client that I worked with last year. It was great and I got 60 plus events out of it. I'm sitting around last year in Jan like I am this year. All these dates are coming in from new clients and I don't want to lose them so I book them. Soon I will get a booking for my big client and end up being in a bind. I can't let them hire a part time replacement because he might become full time.
This is the problem I have with the design business. If I can't do it. The client will find someone else and usually never return. I cannot afford not to be able to do a date or job. Someone make a damn clone machine please!
